Let's cut to the chase - we know price isn't the only important thing, but it sure is a big one.  We've tried to make it as simple as possible.

  • Outside Windows - $7.00 per pane

    Inside Windows - $3.00 per pane

    So that's all - count the number of panes you want done on the outside and times it by $6.00.  Then, head on inside, times those guys by $4.00 and that's your price.

    Just a reminder, a pane is the individual glass panels that make up the window.  Some windows just have 1 pane and some windows have dividers creating two or even more panes so be aware as you count them up. 

  • Are those windows priced higher?  Nah!  They can be if you want, but we’d say just follow the pricing above - much easier and cheaper.

  • Pane Restoration - Have any panes that are caked with hard water? Can’t see through? Looks frosted? No problem! We will put it through our 5 step treatment process and restore it to clear.

    Cost per pane: $20.00

  • You betcha, let’s clean ‘em up! As a token of our appreciation we include free screen cleaning with each outside service we do. No additional cost to clean your screen.

    Do your screens need a mesh makeover?  NO problem! 

    Price to replace:  $50.00 per screen

    Discount: 4 or more screen mesh repairs brings the per screen repair cost to $40.00

  • Your window service has a TWO WEEK clear guarantee!  If the weather dirties them up within two weeks of your service we'll clear them up for free!

  • Recurring Appointments

    Scheduling recurring appointments with us will save you $$$!  We’ll clean as often as you want so you don’t have to worry about them ever again!

    Choosing a bi-annual cleaning will save you 15% per cleaning. Quarterly washings, 20% and monthly washings 25%.

    Buy yourselves time and a clear and refreshing view by letting us take window washing off your “to do list.”

    Referral Program
